“Let Me Be” consists of a soothing, electro pop number with hints of R&B that with a glitchy music video that compliments the track.

Laroie consists of Gabrielle Godon from Montreal rap duo Heartstreets’ solo electro pop project. “Let Me Be,” is her debut single which was co-produced with Robert Robert. Laroie’s alluring music video is very glitchy and yet aesthetically pleasing.
The video essentially plays with the idea of have these glitches happen in our lives regularity and finding ways to cope with that. The notion of surveillance in our everyday lives is also quite apparent in the video, relating to its overall concept.
