Here’s a great dose of quarantine motivation you did not know you needed.

IDLES announced that they will be releasing their third LP titled Ultra Mono on September 25th via Partisan Records. This effort marks their first release since their two off-singles “I Dream Guillotine,” and “Mercedes Marxist,” which came out last year.
“Mr. Motivator,” is quite a punchy track characterized by amplified guitar riffs and clever lyrics consisting of various cliches such as, “Kathleen Hanna with bear claws grabbing Trump by the pussy,” and “Frida Kahlo painting arm the poor on your fuck off wall.” This number is definitely one of IDLES’ most interesting and hilarious release thus far.
The track is accompanied with a visual that is quite fitting. The music video features various clips of different people attempting to follow a 90s work out video in strange outfits.
