Laroie Releases New Single, One More and Announces New Album

Laroie pairs up with Gene Tellem (G.T) and Robert Robert for her latest electro-pop fused with trip-hop and RnB single.

Laroie continues to explore her sound, shining through the prism of her music with a seductive, melancholic ambiance on her upcoming EP, Speed of Life which is due on September 3rd.

In terms of the context of her single, the artist mentions, “One More” is a reflection on temptation, desire, and loss of control. Overcoming an addiction pushes us to questions the depth of our egos, sometimes guiding us to the least tamed facets of ourselves.”

The Alice in Wonderland-esque visual was directed by Maïlis Roy-Lessard and consists of Laroie reliving a journey that lead her to flee from an estranged world after another. The visual alludes to both the majestic element and the downside of being in an altered state of consciousness as well as addiction.
