Misha Stein and Sam Woywitka return with a second offering of their collaborative project.

FHANG emerged last April with the debut single “Vaudevillain,” with producer and engineer Sam Woywitka who has collaborated with various Montreal-based artists such as Half Moon Run. Today, the pair released the second single off of their debut album which is to be expected this August via Hidden Ship Records. With this project, each song was remotely produced and encapsulates their shared affinity for eerie synthesizers, edgy mantas and illumination.

“Something Real,” consists of a dark, layered, rhythmic, bass-heavy tune with an angular chord progression and lyrics read as a monologue. Continuing with this creative mindset, the video for the single, the band opted for a DIY venture into surrealism.
