First names for the three-day Montreal festival include Billy Woods, Wombo, Packs, and more.
The ninth edition of Taverne Tour returns to the Plateau Mont-Royal borough from February 6 to 8th 2025 across various bars and music venues. The first wave of artists consists of an audacious lineup across various genres. From indie rock, to hip-hop, to punk, to electronic music, the three-day event brings together a diverse range of talent.
Detroit garage-punk legends, The Gories, acclaimed rapper and one half of NYC rap duo Armand Hammer Billy Woods, Toronto alt rockers The Sadies, experimental pop artists Kroy, and post-punk trio Wombo are among the festival headliners. Idiosyncratic singer-songwriter Gus Englehorn is set to present new material from his upcoming album, The Hornbook. Industrial hip-hop and R&B artist Quinton Barnes will showcase his glitchy experiments while post-punk/electro act Lip Critic bring the energy into the pit. As well, a handful of shows will take place around various locations throughout the event.
