Denzel Curry has returned with a new album, King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2, set for release on July 19th via Loma Vista Recordings. This comes as the sequel to 2012’s King Of The Mischievous South mixtape. Volume 2 sees the rapper taking on a new persona, Big Ultra, showcasing a more boastful version of Raven Miyagi.

The project pays homage to southern music and features a slew of iconic artists both old and new such as former Raider Klan member Key Nyata, Juicy J and Project Pat. As well as 2 Chainz, A$AP Ferg, A$AP Rocky, Ski Mask The Slump God,Maxo Kream, TiaCorine, Kenny Mason, That Mexican OT, Mike Dimes and PlayThatBoiZay.

As a preview, the rapper has released “Hot One,” which features contributions from TiaCorine and A$AP Ferg, produced by FNZ and SkipOnDaBeat. The lead single sets the tone for a promising record.
